Any Player Can Stop the Charleston, No Questions Asked (Article ID 118)

Stopping the Charleston after the first Charleston moves is permitted and does not require another players’ permission to do so nor does that person need to give a reason as to why they make their decision.

Stopping the Charleston and the Optional Across Pass (Article ID 119)

If a player stops the Charleston, he still can do an optional across.

After the Charleston the Game Must Continue (Article ID 120)

Once the mandatory first and second Charleston moves have been completed the game must be played even if a player dislikes the tiles they have.

Passing Blind in the Charleston (Article ID 128)
