Scenario 2:  Dead Hand-Mah Jongg in Error with Three Dead Hands

Players
Outcome
Player A declares mah jongg in error Stops playing and does not have to pay the winner.
Player B exposes all or part of their hand Stops playing and does not have to pay the winner.
Game proceeds with Player C and Player D
Player C declares mah jongg in error Pays double the value of their hand to Player D
Player D wins by default Receives double the value of the hand Player C was attempting.
