Consecutive Run Hands Can Not Start at Zero  (Article ID 23)

Abstract:  Zeros are not allowed in consecutive run hands as the runs must start with a one or higher.  
 
Question from a player:  Can I use a “0” in a consecutive run? 

Answer from the NMJLA zero may never be used in a consecutive run.”
