Abstract:  If a bettor interferes with a game in session in any way, they do not get paid but rather must pay out the appropriate amount due at the end of the game.

Question from a player:  What is the penalty to the bettor if they interfere with the game?

Answer from the NMJL:  “If the bettor interferes with the play of the game in any way, they do not receive the benefits of the bet, but must pay appropriate amount due at the conclusion of the game.”
